  • Input your case number from your receipt notice in “case status” dialogue box in the upper left-hand corner of the home page to obtain up-to-date status of your case.
  • Input “AR-11” in the “search” dialogue box on the upper right-hand field of the home page to obtain information and instructions to file AR-11 on-line. You must file an AR-11 each and every time you change addresses within the U.S. until and unless you become a U.S. citizen.
  • Input “civil surgeon locator” in the “search” dialogue box on the upper right-hand filed to locate qualifying civil surgeon to obtain medical examination for green card applications
